Question by brian l: What do employers think of online MBA degrees?
I am on active duty in the Navy and the only way that I can complete my MBA is through an online course. In general, do employers look more favorably on traditional degrees vice online programs?

Honestly, an online MBA is virtually worthless. Its just the nature of the mba program. With it being online, you lose the networking aspect which is arguably the most important part of an MBA. Top MBA programs look favorably on people who are coming out of the military, so after you finish your Navy duty if you have decent GMAT scores you should be able to get into a good program. Employers would prefer it that way.
